Tim and Terry

Tim Bauman and Terry Leatherman go by the name "Sons of Thunder." They regularly play together in coffeeshops and other occasions around town, sometimes with the rest of the worship team. They both have a deep knowledge of rock music--the groups, the songs, the lyrics.

For several years they have led music for special services, such as the Easter Sunrise service. They write songs, too. Quite a few of them. Good ones.

Tim Bauman works at the Kroger store on DuPont Road. He has attended Anchor longer than anyone on the worship team, having attended the former Third Street Church as a kid.

Tim and his wife, Alice, have two children, Travis and Michelle. They have attended Anchor since it began in October 1998. Tim began playing in the worship band during the fall of 1999.

Tim is a huge Indianapolis Colts fan.

Terry Leatherman

Terry began playing in the worship team during the spring of 1999. He works at the Sanderson auto dealership in Auburn, Ind., and also has his own business repairing upholstery in cars.

Terry is a real good artist, and particularly enjoys drawing cartoon characters.
