Tim Hallman

Tim is the pastor of Anchor Community Church. He and his wife, Tara, have been with Anchor ever since it started in 1998. Tim and Tara both graduated from Huntington University. Tara is a kindergarten teacher in Fort Wayne. They have four children: Emma, twins Levi and Isaac (born in 2005), and Eli.

Tim is the son of a preacher man. His parents, Gerald and Rozanne, pastored churches in Canada and Michigan. Now retired, they live near Angola, Ind., and regularly attend Anchor.

Patti Minch, Administrative AssistantPat Minch

Pat Minch is Anchor's administrative assistant, a part-time position she started on February 6, 2006. She has held a variety of positions in the insurance, medical, and business fields. When you call Anchor, if someone answers the phone, it'll most likely be Pat.
